Clinton says electing Trump would be ‘historic mistake’

“It was a speech attacking Donald Trump”.

He has also slammed Clinton’s vote of support for the Iraq war launched by President George W. Bush, calling the decision a “disaster”. “And they sent me a copy of the speech and it was such lies about my foreign policy”, Trump said. “He bought full-page ads in newspapers across the country back in 1987, when Ronald Reagan was President, saying that America lacked a backbone and the world was – you guessed it – laughing at us”, Clinton said during her speech.

Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee for president, has suggested that South Korea and Japan might need to obtain nuclear weapons, said he would restrict imports from China, and threatened to deport millions of immigrants living in the USA illegally. Just a series of freakish rants, personal feuds and outright lies. In fact, experience is Clinton’s greatest overall strength from among those tested in the poll, and it is Trump’s single weakest attribute.

“It’s a disgrace to our nation”, Trump told a campaign rally in San Jose, California Thursday night.

Responding to Clinton’s remarks, Trump later called the speech “a hate speech”.

“Folks, honestly, she is guilty as hell”, Trump said.

Clinton has always been fighting to alleviate concerns that her private email account posed security risks to government business and classified material.

But Donald Trump insisted that his temperament is much better and tougher than Hillary Clinton. I can’t believe they’ll let this go.

“This is not someone who should ever have the nuclear codes, because it’s not hard to imagine Donald Trump leading us into a war just because somebody got under his very thin skin”, she said. When you look at General Patreaus, he got the equivalent of two years, he did nothing compared to her. You look at some of these other people, their lives have been destroyed, what she did is twenty times worse, what she did. “I said that”, Donald Trump said.

And although Clinton leads Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders in the delegate count, Sanders argues that he still has a path to the Democratic presidential nomination.

Seeking to draw a sharp contrast with Donald Trump, Clinton says the USA must also maintain strong partnerships with its allies. “But I think, to me, that is just evidence that Hillary Clinton is going to have to work very very hard to get Bernie supporters behind her. And she’s got to get Bernie supporters behind her if she’s going to win this thing”.

Trump has previously called Clinton the “worst secretary of state in the history of the United States”, and often pivots to criticisms of her handling of the September 11, 2012 attack in Benghazi, Libya, which killed the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans.

The common rhetoric used against Clinton is that she is not likable or personable, that she is essentially a cold fish.
