Clinton Says FBI Has Not Informed Her She Is Target Of Investigation
Fox News will host the two Democratic presidential hopefuls March 7 for a town hall.

“There’s a lot of misinformation going on around here, so let me start with the facts”, Clinton said. Clinton has not appeared on the conservative cable network since 2014, a year before announcing her White House run. Since then, numerous released emails have been marked classified upon their release.
The inquiry began in August after the intelligence community inspector general discovered emails containing “Top Secret” information on Clinton’s server.
Clinton again said using a personal email account, attached to a homebrew server was a mistake, though she noted that other government officials have done the same thing before. ‘I could not agree more’.
Baier then confronted Clinton about the classification process itself, asking whether the former secretary of state believed the since-redacted emails even needed to be classified.
Clinton once again called for her “classified” emails to be made public to put the issue to rest.
“I’ve asked … release it, and once the American people see it, they will know how absurd this is”, Clinton added. So Colin Powell and I are exactly on the same page, ‘ she said.
Host Bret Baier asked Clinton several pointed questions about her private email system and the ongoing FBI investigation, including whether it was true neither she nor her attorneys have been apprised that she is a target of the probe. Bernie Sanders were asked if they supported any instance in which abortion should be illegal.
It was obvious early on that the point of the town hall, at least from Fox News’ point of view was to attack Clinton’s time as Secretary of State and her emails.
