Clinton slams Trump for ties to ‘alt-right’ media

If elected, Clinton says she’ll take additional steps to make sure there are no conflicts of interest between her administration and the global charitable network founded by her husband.

“Hillary Clinton is going to try to accuse this campaign, and the millions of decent Americans who support this campaign, of being racists”, said Trump ahead of his Anderson Cooper 360 interview.

She accused Mr Trump of building his campaign off “prejudice and paranoia”, positioning his entrance into the mainstream political process as unprecedented and painted a picture of dark shadows cast over the future of the country.

The announcement comes as a health project connected to the Clinton Foundation is exploring a number of changes to minimize potential conflicts of interest in the event of another Clinton White House but may continue to accept foreign government and corporate funding.

But not everyone outside Trump Tower was buying his message.

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has assailed Clinton as the beneficiary of a “pay-for-play” operation that provided special access to the State Department for donors of the foundation.

Chelsea Clinton, who serves as the foundation’s vice chairwoman, is expected to help oversee new fundraising policies and moving projects to partner charities and other organizations doing similar work. “He is taking hate groups mainstream and helping a radical fringe take over the Republican Party”, Clinton told supporters in Reno, Nev. After making the shocking and totally false claim at a almost all-white MS campaign rally, he told Anderson, 49, that “She’s a bigot” about his 68-year-old Democratic opponent.

Trump countered by blasting the video and his opponent’s accusations.

At one point during the interview, he told Cooper, “I know you want to protect her”.

‘We’ve always had great relationships with the African American community and I’ve made it such a focal point, ‘ Trump said on Thursday before a meeting at his NY headquarters with black and Hispanic Republicans.

Clinton said she doesn’t expect any more political distractions to arise from her use of a private server.

Trump, who also met Thursday in NY with members of a new Republican Party initiative meant to train young – and largely minority – volunteers, has been working to win over blacks and Latinos in light of his past inflammatory comments. He claims that the Democrats have taken minority voters’ support for granted.

Since Kellyanne Conway’s appointment, Trump’s campaign has shifted its approach in an attempt to turn the polls around, and made several appeals to Hispanic and African-American voters in a series of teleprompter speeches.

The tweet has since been shared more than 7,500 times with comments ranging from agreement to outrage. “I can only speak for myself”, Trump responded. “More importantly, you don’t get to the White House without addressing the nation’s civil rights agenda”.
