Clinton slams Trump over Fed comments
They’re going there with knowledge of new polling that shows Trump edging Clinton by 2 points among likely voters. The S.C. Democratic Party touted the poll results as evidence the state could turn blue much sooner than anticipated. Trump will visit North Carolina and Virginia, while Clinton will be in Florida.

The candidates have less than three weeks to go before the first of three scheduled presidential debates – expected to be the most watched moments of what so far has been a raucous campaign. And you might not realize it, but Northwest drivers are engaging in their own presidential poll while traveling.
The candidates used Labor Day-the traditional launch of the home stretch of the presidential campaign-to push their arguments that they would be best for working-class Americans.
“I think once again you’ll get this kind of showing the flag, make the Republicans a bit uneasy, and force them to do some things that they wouldn’t ordinarily do in the state”, Boone said. The emails, later revealed by WikiLeaks, showed some DNC officials favoring Clinton over her primary opponent, Bernie Sanders – who has since endorsed Clinton for president.
But after a few days of rest from campaigning, Clinton coughed her way through portions of her Cleveland remarks.
Under extensive criticism from her rival and journalists for not holding a full press conference in nine months, she answered questions for more than 22 minutes on several topics, including tensions with Russian Federation over accusations of cyber-espionage.
Clinton last attended the ground zero commemoration on the tenth anniversary of the attacks in 2011, when she was secretary of state. The group marks a traditionally loyal Republican constituency, although some have expressed concerns about Trump’s readiness to serve as commander-in-chief.
“Putin looks at her and he laughs”, Trump said. Clinton is favored nationally by drivers by 40 percent; Trump is at 38 percent; Johnson takes 14 percent, and 8 percent are undecided. He added that had Clinton gone to Mexico, the trip would have been “a total failure”.
Clinton said sometimes these types of logistical dust-ups are “annoying” but they’re not the reason a president attends these types of meetings.
Democratic running mates Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine have released their campaign book, which is named after the campaign’s slogan, “Stronger Together”.
Long before Trump, the allure of a businessman in politics has been that such a candidate (say, Mike Bloomberg) could impose order on the messy business of governing.
Clinton held a rare news conference aboard her new campaign plane on Monday as both candidates competed for votes in swing state Ohio.
So rather than see Johnson and Stein as covert ways of electing Trump, voters are more likely to see them as “plague on both your houses” candidates, a position that is increasingly attractive as Trump and Clinton exchange negatives.
The upper Midwest, including the crucial state of OH, would appear to be a bright spot for Mr Trump.

Clinton’s push also comes with another prize in mind: “Security moms”, or female voters who are concerned about terrorism – particularly middle-class suburban women in must-win swing states like Pennsylvania.
