Clinton spokesman says she’ll rejoin campaign trail Thursday
“If she’s back at in seven to 10 days, than all we’ve done is waste all this energy talking about something that’s going to resolve itself in seven to 10 days anyways”. Her campaign later revealed she had been diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday.

The incident reinforced Clinton’s reputation as a public figure with a predisposition for privacy. Obama also noted Trump has not disclosed details of his charitable giving, and claimed the Clinton Foundation has “saved countless lives around the world”.
Trump said on Fox Monday that he recently underwent a physical and plans to release the results soon.
“They probably should have acknowledged her initial diagnosis”, he said, adding that because Mr Trump and one of his leading supporters, former NY mayor Rudy Giuliani, had raised the issue of her health “so brutally”, they tried to “gut it out”. While Democrats said the matter is unlikely to fundamentally alter the presidential race, Democrats worry the race with Trump is too close for comfort. “I felt overheated. I decided that I did need to leave”, she said.
“But we don’t know because he hasn’t disclosed”, he said.
On Sunday, Mrs. Clinton, 68, left a 9/11 memorial ceremony early and video showing her appearing to stumble as she got into a vehicle later surfaced.
Previously, Clinton has had diagnosed with blood clots, and in 2012 while she was secretary of state a blood clot was discovered in her brain while she was suffering from a concussion.
She was then driven to her home in suburban Chappaqua, New York.
Clinton’s campaign was already on the defensive after she used the term “basket of deplorables” to describe half of Trump’s supporters.
“I’m feeling fine and getting better”, she tweeted on the evening of Monday, September 12.
Later that day, her physician, Dr. Lisa R. Bardack, issued a statement about the former secretary of state’s health.
Mrs Clinton and her running mate, Virginia senator Tim Kaine, have for months challenged Mr Trump to release his tax returns.
Speaking in Maryland Monday, Trump said he was shocked to hear Clinton “attack, slander, smear and demean these wonderful, awesome people who are supporting our campaign”. “Thank you!” When it came to Trump, Obama both mocked him and tried appealing directly to those considering backing the businessman.
“Pennsylvania really is a Democratic firewall”, Pennsylvania-based Democratic strategist Blake Rutherford said.
Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon said the former secretary of state started to feel hot at the event, which took place on a muggy day in NY.

Obama’s visit and the flurry of other high-profile campaigners “is very much part of a program to ensure that Pennsylvania stays in the Democratic column, because no matter whatever happens in those three other states, without Pennsylvania, Trump just has a very hard path to 270”.
