Trump also blasted Rubio, who’s emerging from the pack as an establishment alternative to Bush. Rubio and Cruz were also ahead of Bush at 11 percent and 10 percent, respectively. Other candidates took in 3 percent or less support, with 9 percent remaining undecided.
Among Democrats, Hillary Clinton was leading Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders was the next closest result at only five percent.
Clinton is telling supporters there are big differences between Democrats and Republicans on things like the minimum wage – She’s now pushing 12 dollars an hour, and making college affordable.
Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll remarked in a release, “Is there a doctor in the house?”
But he says “A year is an eternity in presidential campaigns”.
Trump went on the offensive after a second poll showed Carson grabbing the lead in the Republican race nationally.
Ben Carson, left, and Donald Trump, back to camera, make their way through the spin room following the CNBC Republican presidential debate at the University of Colorado, Wednesday, October 28, 2015, in Boulder, Colo. The only comparable Republican is New Jersey governor Chris Christie, who gets 17 percent of black voters against Clinton.
Getting 42 percent to Christie’s 45 percent.
Trump has a giant 20-point lead in Florida over Carson, with Rubio just one point behind Carson. Ted Cruz’s 13 percent.
Clinton and Trump topped the unfavorable list. She scores especially badly on the “honesty” metric, 36 percent to 60 percent. Trump garnered 24 percent of support, while Carson received 23 percent.

The EPIC MRA’s survey says Trump would fare significantly worse than Carson in the general election. The poll has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 3 percentage points for all registered voters, 4 points for Democratic primary voters and 4.5 points for Republican primary voters.
