Clinton to release 2015 tax returns soon

Clinton insisted that this election cycle is not “normal”, adding that she had taken note of the fact that Republican figures and voters were joining her campaign upon deciding that Trump does not represent their values. “And if you are running to be president or you are president of the United States, words can have tremendous consequences”, the former USA secretary of state told those attending a campaign rally in Des Moines, Iowa. “I have to tell you, the connection that Donald Trump has made to people all across this country from every background is fantastic to behold at these rallies”.

“I just don’t think insult and bullying is how to get things done”, she said. Trump has said he won’t release them until an IRS audit is complete.

Clinton has not called for abolishing the Second Amendment, though she has voiced support for a variety of measures to tighten background checks for gun buyers and prevent certain people – such as domestic abusers and violent felons – from owning firearms.

Clinton is also planning to release her 2015 tax returns in the coming days, as she seeks to keep the pressure on Trump, who has not provided his.

“Yesterday, we witnessed the latest in a long line of casual comments from Donald Trump that crossed the line”, she said, citing “his casual inciting of violence”.

Trump’s campaign has been beset by several controversies in recent weeks.

The Clinton campaign has made it a point to remind the USA that Trump has not released his returns.

In an interview with the public radio program Texas Standard, Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine said, “There is absolutely no place, there should be no place in our politics for somebody who wants to be a leader to say something even in an offhand way that is connected to inciting violence”.

“Our roads, our bridges, our tunnels, our ports, our airports, our water systems, our sewer systems, they are in desperate need of being either repaired and maintained or built”, Clinton said earlier this week at a rally in Florida. “There is tremendous political power to save the Second Amendment, tremendous, and. you look at the power [gun rights supporters] have in terms of votes and that’s what I was referring to, obviously that’s what I was referring to and everybody knows it”. “Under Donald Trump’s so-called plans, we will lose about three and a half million jobs”. “Statements such as those made by Trump have the potential to inspire other possible bad actors to plan and attempt to carry out violence”, said Rep. Bennie G. Thompson, Mississippi Democrat, who said the Secret Service should investigate Mr. Trump for potential lawbreaking.

The US constitution’s second amendment guarantees the right to bear firearms. He says when he came back from Honduras – at that time a dictatorship – he had a new attitude about the importance of voting.

“There is a myth out there that he will stick it to the rich and powerful because somehow he is really on the side of the little guy”, Clinton said.
