Clinton to resume campaigning after doctor declares her “healthy and fit”
Fit as a fiddle! Hillary Clinton released additional medical records to the public on Wednesday, September 14, in which her doctor declared her to be in good health.

She “is recovering well with antibiotics and rest” after being laid low over the weeked, when she suffered from fatigue and a low-grade fever, although her vital signs remained normal, Bardack said.
Clinton (aged 68) fell ill at the weekend after being diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia. Mr Trump leads her by 5 percentage points in a Bloomberg Politics poll of OH, a gap that underscores the Democrat’s challenges in critical Rust Belt states after one of the roughest stretches of her campaign.
He asked the crowd: “You think Hillary would be able to stand up here for an hour and do this?”
“I just talked to her – she’s feeling great and I think she’ll be back out there tomorrow”, former United States president Bill Clinton said yesterday.
“She is recovering well with antibiotics and rest”, the statement reads.
The letter says the illness stemmed from a bout of seasonal allergies that developed into an upper respiratory tract infection and cough. A CT scan of her brain and sinuses showed no abnormalities and mild chronic sinus inflammation.
The physical was conducted by Dr. Harold Bornstein, who proclaimed in a four-paragraph letter last year that the 70-year-old Trump, if elected, would be “the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency”. She also takes thyroid and anti allergy medicine.
Bardack said Clinton’s cholesterol and blood pressure are within normal ranges.
Trump provided a small window into his health after campaign officials said earlier in the day that he wasn’t going to discuss specifics of his exam on the show.
The Democratic candidate’s updated medical condition was disclosed by her campaign team.
“She’s feeling great and I think she’ll be back out there tomorrow so, it’s a insane time we live in when people think there’s something unusual about getting the flu, last time I checked millions of people were getting it every year”.
Clinton running mate Tim Kaine also released a letter from his doctor, Brian Monahan, the attending physician of Congress. The letter says Kaine is in “overall excellent health”, has never smoked and has “modest” alcohol use. He’s 5-foot-9 and weighed more than 208 pounds during his last physical in February. Beyond health records, Clinton has released almost four decades of tax returns; Trump has refused to make his filings public.
Robby Mook, Hillary for America Campaign Manager, said: “It’s fair to say the public now knows more about Hillary Clinton than almost anyone in public life”. In stark contrast, Donald Trump is hands down the least transparent presidential nominee in memory. And it begs the question: “what is he trying to hide?”
According to the Morning Consult poll, 50 percent said Mrs. Clinton has given false information about her personal health to the public, compared with 37 percent who said the same of Mr. Trump.
Meanwhile, Trump presented a one-page summary of his medical checkup when he sat down with TV personality Dr. Mehmet Oz on the show – ‘The Dr. Oz Show, ‘ to be aired Thursday.
In the end, the Republican nominee brought a one-page summary of the medical exam to the set.

So far, the businessman has only released a widely mocked letter from his longtime physician declaring he would be the healthiest president in history.
