Clinton unfit to be President, says Trump

In her first comments since her diagnosis of pneumonia became public after she became dehydrated and dizzy at the September 11 memorial ceremony, Clinton said in an interview on CNN that she didn’t think it was “going to be that big of a deal”.

Clinton unexpectedly left Sunday’s 9/11 anniversary ceremony in NY after feeling “overheated”, according to her campaign. Press secretary Brian Fallon said the staff had erred in failing to provide information for 90 minutes after Clinton’s early departure from the memorial event in lower Manhattan, even as video clips circulated on social media showing her slumping as she tried to step into a van.

Pressed again by host Kate Snow whether he would have advised her to take a planned fundraising trip that Clinton cancelled for Monday and Tuesday, Mook replied: ‘Let’s just say I am happy that she’s getting some much needed downtime now.

Clinton said she ignore the advice of her doctor to rest for five days because she was “incredibly committed” to being at the 9/11 memorial.

“Something’s going on, but I just hope she gets well and gets back on the trail, and we’ll be seeing her at the debate”, he said.

“What happened this time, though, was it didn’t dissipate, and that’s why when I got off the road on Friday, I did go to see my doctor, and that’s when I was diagnosed with pneumonia”, Clinton said.

Clinton laughed when Rose asked if there’s any chance his wife would need to take weeks to rest from the campaign trail.

“I think her lifestyle and her underlying indicators-blood pressure, the amount of exercise, the everything else-means it’s nearly certain she’s in better health than her opponent”. It was unclear what additional records Clinton would release in the wake of Sunday’s incident and pledges from her campaign for more information to be made public. “Hillary Clinton still hasn’t apologised to those she slandered”.

In a telephone interview, Ms. Clinton told CNN that she “met a high standard of transparency” and she underestimated her illness. “And, obviously, that did not work out so well”, she said.

“I didn’t think it was going to be a big deal”, she said when asked why she kept the pneumonia a secret.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign acknowledged on Monday that it may have been too slow disclosing her pneumonia diagnosis after she almost fainted at an event over the weekend, and promised to release additional medical details in the coming days.

After she arrived, however, “I could feel how hot and humid it was”, she said. Fallon said he “can attest” that there is “no other undisclosed condition”.

Trump said he will release results of his medical records Thursday on “The Dr. Oz Show“.
