Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, has been highly critical of Mexico, saying the country sends rapists and drug dealers to the United States. “She chokes. Look at the deals she’s made”, he said of Clinton.
At a rally, she said Trump had “choked” when he failed to discuss who was paying for the wall during his meeting with the Mexican president. “So not only did Trump mess up his first worldwide gig, he choked”.
Trump also made conflicting statements earlier on Monday during a press gaggle aboard his plane, on the issue of undocumented immigrants achieving legal status.

During a press conference in Mexico, Trump initially described the meeting with Pena Nieto as “excellent” and maintained that they did not talk about who was picking up the bill for the wall.

At a rally earlier Monday in Cleveland, Clinton called Trump’s meeting with Pena Nieto “an embarrassing global incident”.
Immigration, though considered Trump’s hallmark issue after he rose to fame proclaiming that he would build a wall on the border with Mexico, is one of the issues on which Trump perhaps has fluctuated the most.
Giuliani acknowledged that the subject nonetheless was brought up by Pena Nieto.
Trump said Monday aboard his plane that he was open to regularly allowing a pool of reporters to travel on his aircraft going forward.
