The winning numbers of 08 27 34 04 19 and Powerball 10, picked in a drawing on Wednesday night, appeared on tickets sold at a 7-Eleven convenience store in Chino Hills, California, a Publix grocery store in Melbourne Beach, Florida and a store in Munford, Tennessee.

None of the winners of a massive $1.5 billion Powerball jackpot came forward to claim their prize Thursday, but more than 70 others had a reason to smile after winning million-dollar prizes. According to lottery corporation officials, the jackpot is a record for the state, having the highest payout previously being $259 million. Florida’s victor also has 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize unless they want it as a lump sum.
The identities of the new multimillionaires have yet to be announced, but spokesman Alex Traverso revealed that one of the golden stubs had been sold at a 7-Eleven store in Chino Hills, California, just outside Los Angeles, CBS News reported. The store will receive a $1.43 million bonus, lottery officials said.
Lottery officials said if the Powerball winners decide to take the lump-sum payment, the cash value of the $1.58 billion jackpot is $983.5 million.

That ticket matched at all five numbers, but not the Powerball.
Munford is located in Tipton County and only has a population of roughly 4,700.

The California store and its surrounding strip mall immediately became a popular gathering spot in the usually quiet suburb of 75,000 people. Video posted on YouTube showed the crowds smiling for TV cameras, cheering and chanting “Chino Hills!”
