A co-founder of elephant sanctuary was killed after one of the elephant stepped on his body.

According to the report, the 56 year old co-founder of an elephant santury, James Laurita, who had a several years of working experience with elephants, was died because of the animals who he loved very much.
However, it is unclear how originally he died but staffs of the sanctuary believes that he initially got fallen and even got struck on his head which made him unconscious and later an elephant stepped on his unconscious body.
Staffs of the elephant sanctuary claims that this incident was clearly an accident as no any elephant was aggressive.
