The Coast Guard said it had information that the boys may have told others through social media that they planned to travel to the Bahamas, but officials and family members say they’re not sure the objective of the boys’ trip and the destination. “We’re going to actively continue searching for them”.

The Coast Guard has scaled down their efforts as there has been no signs of the Florida missing teens.

The Coast Guard says it’ll keep looking up until it has faith there’s no decent ability the men may still show up active.

At 3:15 that afternoon, the National Wether Service issued a marine warning in advance of a brief but intense squall that moved over the water from on shore.
