Coast Guard Searches for Missing Men in Calvert County
The body of his brother, 39-year-old Douglas Brown, has not been recovered. (The current in the area of Cove Point is significant.). The juvenile was able to make it back to shore safely, police said.

Two swimmers who went missing off of Cove Point beach in the Chesapeake Bay are believed to have drowned.
Ireland said the case would remain open until the brothers were found.
The U.S. Coast Guard says two men were reported missing about 7:30 p.m. Friday. As mentioned by police, the two brothers were swimming with an unidentified male juvenile. Authorities have not identified the men, but describe one as around 280 pounds with tattoos wearing black and blue swim trunks.
The names of the missing men are being withheld pending notification of next of kin. Calvert County Sheriff’s Office detectives are on the scene with Natural Resources Police continuing the investigation.

A helicopter crew from the Coast Guard Air Station in Atlantic City, NJ is conducting a search Saturday.
