Cobb attended the university from 2008 to 2011 before being drafted by the Green Bay Packers.
Despite making millions in the NFL, Cobb has been taking classes to finish up his degree.
And no one was happier for Cobb than his quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, who hung around the area after the Kentucky Derby and attended the ceremony.
According to FOXSports.com, Cobb has become the first member of his family to graduate from college. Still two courses shy that will be completed this summer, Cobb will graduate from college but will walk in the ceremony Sunday.
“I think that achievement is going to be bigger than any success I could have on the field because on that day I will have set a standard for my family and anyone that comes after me”, Cobb said. “And that’s something as I always thought about as a kid, being the first one to graduate from college”. “Kentucky made me who I am”.

“It really is a major accomplishment for not only me but my family”, he said. Because I believe education is important.
