Super Bowl 50 finally has its headlining act, and we’re not talking about the two football teams.

Coldplay’s A Head Full of Dreams album will be released in stores on December 4.
For its milestone 50th year, it would only be surprising if there weren’t a roster of additional artists. The hour-long live event will celebrate the band’s new album, A Head Full of Dreams.
Also taking the Super Bowl stage again will be Bruno Mars, who performed with Red Hot Chili Peppers at halftime of last season’s Super Bowl.
This year, the brand plans to make Super Bowl 50 even more awesome with another unexpected commercial produced by DDB Chicago.
After high profile snubs from Taylor Swift and Adele, Coldplay looks like it’ll be the next super act to give Spotify a wide berth.
After much speculation surrounding the matter, it’s now being reported Coldplay will perform at the 2016 Super Bowl Halftime Show. “Its a place of unequaled grace, spirit and beauty and we cant wait to play this show”.
Overall, music continues to be an important part in the Super Bowl equation. Mars’ performance brought in 115 million, the second highest. The performance is slated to highlight “the past, present and future of music”.
