However, the analyst noted that new developments show both the impact of the E. coli program, and more importantly, a management team that seems to be scrambling for answers.
According to the federal agency, the most recent case related to the outbreak in this case was started on November 3, Reuters reported.
“I will say though, that we can assure you today that there is no E. coli in Chipotle”, founder and co-CEO Steve Ells told CNBC last week.

Five people in Kansas, North Dakota and Oklahoma have fallen ill from an E. coli strain with a rare DNA fingerprint, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Monday in a statement. All five said they ate at a Chipotle the week before they got sick.
