Then added on to that I was wondering how he would come into the season coming off of a season ending injury the year before. Sunday he finished the game with 1.5 sacks and now has 3.5 sacks over his past three games. “But, that sense of urgency and attack that football game”. Glad he’s still here and I could care less if he keeps fishing.
“This is the kind of year we’re having right now”, Smith said. Once you start looking at all that is going on around you as a team you can lose focus. That’s why they play the game. I’ve seen the preparation they’ve put in, the hard work, the long hours. “I just had to communicate that to all 11 guys”.
