Dear, a hulking 6-foot-4 (1.92 meters), 250-pound (112.5 kg) man, appeared in court wearing a turquoise jumpsuit, with his hands and feet chained together.

Eight undercover videos released over the summer by anti-abortion activists have stirred caustic criticism against the reproductive health services provider.

“They have ignited a firestorm of hate. And that’s what they want to do to me”. “It’s not a huge surprise that somebody would take this type of action”.

Dear, 57, his eyes wide and hair disheveled, had 20 outbursts during the hearing.

Later, he accused his attorneys of being in “cahoots” with Planned Parenthood to “shut me up”.

The alleged Colorado Planned Parenthood shooter flew into a series of wild outbursts during his trial Wednesday, yelling, “I am guilty. I’m a warrior for the babies”, Dear blurted out in a loud voice while seated beside his lawyers in front of the judge. He also uttered “protect the babies” during proceedings.

On Wednesday, district judge Gilbert Martinez was issuing a gag order for law enforcement and the attorneys in the case when Dear had another outburst and accused his defense attorneys of hiding “the truth”, according to The Post. The atrocities! That’s what they want to seal!

“Nobody will ever know the amount of blood I saw inside that place. There’s a lot more to this than for me to go silently to the grave”, he shouted.

“Judge, we can not begin to make a determination about the nature or the depth of Mr. Dear’s mental illness until we receive full disclosure”, began King, he was interrupted by Dear shouting “You’re not my lawyer!” He rambled to authorities about “no more baby parts” after his arrest and asked at least one person for directions to the clinic before opening fire there November 27.

Investigators are consulting with the Federal Bureau of Investigation over potential charges, Heberer said. The organization said the video was edited, but Congress still conducted an investigation.

May also said First Degree Murder charges filed against Dear Wednesday included “extreme indifference”, “premeditated murder”, and “murder committed during a felony”. Then, prosecutors will decide if they will seek the death penalty or not.

54-year-old Fern Roberta Delise allegedly tried to call the Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood facility on Tuesday, but due to it being closed, the call was re-routed to the Denver Office.

“His representations about his beliefs are the kinds of things that could get him charged with a domestic terrorism offense”.
