Comic Enthusiasts Celebrate Free Comic Book Day

Chosen by retailers on the FCBD Committee, there’s a free comic book for everyone’s taste – from Star Wars and Doctor Who, to the Avengers to Adventure Time and Disney Princesses. Alongside Carrington, Comics Etc. will also be hosting local comic book artists Caitlin Yarsky with her comic “Coyotes”, Jason Yungbluth with his “Weapon Brown”, and others. Diamond Comic Distributors, the primary distributor of comic books to North American comics specialty shops, oversees the event. Young patrons can get their faces painted for free between 11 a.m. and approximately 3 p.m.
