The Warriors are still chasing the Bulls’ record 72-win season.

“To have protected our home court 45 straight games in the regular season, it hasn’t been done in history, so that’s a pretty special accomplishment”, Curry said.

According to The Washington Post, it was, statistically, the biggest regular-season upset in National Basketball Association history, as a team with a win percentage as low as the Lakers (.190 on Sunday) had never topped a team with a win percentage as high as the Warriors (.917 on Sunday).

Curry finished with 41 points and Thompson added 27 as the Warriors extended their season-opening streak of not having experienced back-to-back losses to 62 games.

Jordan Clarkson led all players with 25 points, while Russell added four steals to his scoring, and Randle racked up his 27th double-double of the year (12 points, 14 rebounds).

Lillard (two) and Stephen Curry (three) are the only players with multiple 50-point games this season.

The Golden State Warriors play host to the Orlando Magic tonight at the Oracle Arena.

Golden State is 55-6 on the season, 26-0 at home and 34-25-2 against the spread.

Corey Brewer had 23 points off the bench for the Rockets, who trailed by as many as 18 points in the second quarter. Green was shaky early on but finished with 10 assists and nine rebounds on a night he scored only one point.

Even after Curry connected on another 28-footer that made it 109-100 with under 4 minutes to play, the Magic didn ” ™t go away. A high school star at Archbishop Mitty in San Jose, CA, Gordon racked up 20 points and 16 rebounds.

“Sometimes [Curry] jokingly asks me if he can send a text or a tweet during the game”. “We don’t want anybody trying to rush to the playoffs and skipping any lessons we might learn in these last 20 games about ourselves”. USC product Nikola Vucevic, who hit the game-winning jumper to beat the Lakers in Orlando on November 11, missed his second straight game with a groin strain.

Orlando, who would up taking a sixth consecutive loss to Golden State, got within four on one occasion in the second quarter.

This may seem like a lot of points to be laying, but the Warriors will come out all guns blazing after last night’s horrific performance against the Lakers.
