Complete Alfa Romeo Giulia range detailed in Geneva
We predicted a week ago that the rest of the new Alfa Romeo Gulia range would be revealed at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, and this morning Alfa has done just that. Earlier reports indicate that when this engine comes to the U.S.it will make 276 hp and be available with either rear- or all-wheel drive.

The Giulia has an unladen weight of 1374kg in 178bhp 2.2-litre diesel form.
Geneva marks the first time the Giulia range has been revealed in its entirety.
Drivers can choose from three driving modes via Alfa’s DNA drive selector. The system features compatibility for Apple and Android devices, Bluetooth and satellite navigation.
The vehicle will be offered to customers in three trim levels, Giulia, Super, and Quadrifoglio. Alfa added that consumers can begin pre-ordering the Giulia in April next month.
Alfa Romeo says the new Giulia “embodies the core elements which have made Alfa Romeo one of the world’s best-loved automotive brands; distinctive Italian design; innovative powertrains, flawless weight distribution, unique technical solutions and the best weight-to-power ratio”. Entry-level models will get all the active safety systems as standard, including the Forward Collision Warning (FCW) with Autonomous Emergency Brake (AEB) and pedestrian detection, IBS (Integrated Brake System), Lane Departure Warning (LDW) and cruise control with speed limiter.

Inside, the Giulia Super versions on display in the Swiss city feature high quality leather interiors with full-grain leather seats and dashboards, combined with a real wood interior trim, as well as 18-inch wheels, an 8.8-inch Connect 3D Nav infotainment system with Apple/Android mirroring, and aluminium shift paddles fixed to the steering column. Its also a good RWD option for those considering something other than the Mercedes C-Class or Audi A4.
