Complete X-Files lands on Amazon Prime Video in UK
Right on top of a slew of new photos, the first minute of the X-Files revival is now online. Just in case you forgot, Mulder aka David Duchovny wants you to remember that “the truth is out there” with this new clip for the “The X-Files” reboot.

Still, it’s the first minute of the first new X-Files episode in very many years. Through O’Malley they are introduced to SVETA (guest star Annett Mahendru), a possible alien abductee who shares shocking information with them that will challenge everything that Mulder has ever believed about the existence of aliens and the government’s role in covering them up. In this episode, Mulder and Scully will investigate the suicide of a scientist and uncover a decades long experiment with genetics and breeding people who have unsafe abilities.
This opening scene, which is narrated by Mulder, does give you a solid base to see where the show will be heading, while also catching you very quickly on what’s happened so far.
A burning, painful trip willed with monsters and alien abduction…

The X-Files will officially come back to TV screens the nation over as six-part mini-series January 24 at 7 p.m. PST, 10 p.m. EST. and 9 p.m. CST after the end of the NFC Championship football game. In 2002, in a change of direction and policy, the FBI closed The X-Files and our investigations ceased – but my personal obsession did not.
