According to MMA Fighting, Jose Aldo is already talking about a Conor McGregor rematch, and he claims trash talking will not dissuade him at all.

From the moment he arrived in the UFC in 2013, not long after getting off public assistance in his native Ireland, McGregor vowed he’d shoot to the top of the sport.
Another weekend of fisticuffs has come and gone, as UFC 194 blew the roof of the MGM Grand Garden Arena last Saturday night (Sat., Dec. 12, 2015) in Las Vegas, Nevada. A May megafight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao broke all business records with a million gate and 4.6 million pay-per-view buys. “Times are good. The options are there”.
“I’ll give it some time”, he said. “Them mother(expletives) are 40”. I don’t need to gather any more intel, any more research. Probably. Would it be as big as having McGregor fight for the lightweight title next?
“At 27 years of age with every record in the book, with divisions above ready for me to go at, super fights left and right. I said one round”.

It remains to be seen what McGregor decides to do regarding his weight class – he vowed that he would not vacate his featherweight belt – but it seems like Aldo has no shot at a rematch.

It is possible that, when official figures come in, McGregor in fact earned more than four times the amount per second picked up by Rousey. “I feel for Aldo, he was a great champion”.
“I’m only warming up”, said the new champ, who banked a disclosed $500,000 for his win before undisclosed bonuses. What if the promotion rules against a split existence in two divisions?

That’s because UFC president Dana White hinted at the possibility of Aldo facing Frankie Edgar next should “Notorious” decide to pack on the pounds.
