Conor McGregor responds to Dos Anjos and Nate Diaz challenges
UFC on FOX 17 fighter payouts and salaries for the athletes who competed at the “Dos Anjos vs. Cerrone” FOX-televised event last Saturday (Dec. 19, 2015) inside Amway Center in Orlando, Fla., were released by Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Dos Anjos hurt Cerrone with a left kick to the midsection before moving in and unleashing a flurry of shots against the fence.
The “Cowboy” was backed against the cage and dos Anjos followed with a barrage of punches to the head.
The perception of both Frankie Edgar and Rafael dos Anjos giving McGregor trouble stems both from the fact he is exclusively a striker and his fight against Chad Mendes. Dos Anjos, who took the belt from Anthony Pettis in a March upset, has looked unstoppable in his last five fights and is quickly making a name for himself as one of the finest pound-for-pound fighters in the world.
“It’s just the beginning of my career now”.
Speaking after his knockout victory over Donald Cerrone, which came 66 seconds into the first round, he said: “Hey, Mr McGregor, if you want to come to the lightweight division”.
In what seemed to be the common theme of the night, dos Anjos called out newly crowned featherweight champion Conor McGregor. “Wherever you want, I’m here to stay”.
But lightweight champion Dos Anjos sent out a warning to the Irishman in Orlando on Saturday night. “I’m working hard”, he said, during an interview on the post-fight show. “Whatever you want, man. I’m here to stay”. With Conor refusing to drop his featherweight title, a win for Conor would make him the only fighter in UFC history to hold the titles of two separate weight classes at the same time. It was the second time both men would be meeting inside the Octagon since their first encounter in August 2013. Instead, he was fined 20 percent of his fight purse, which went to Myles Jury.
Nate Marquardt continued his up and down stint with the UFC by knocking out CB Dollaway 28 seconds into the second round. Many of us have been waiting for “The Reem” to finally get the chance to become a UFC champion, but unfortunately there are some very valuable contenders slightly ahead of him.

Khabib, whose last fight was a unanimous decision victory against current UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos, even contemplated retirement following his latest injury.
