Convention over, Clinton faces hacking, Trump criticism

In a statement, the Republican presidential nominee’s campaign ridiculed Clinton’s swing through Pennsylvania, noting that the Johnstown region had lost a significant number of manufacturing jobs since the North American Free Trade Agreement took effect during Bill Clinton’s presidency.
“We might as well have been talking about two different countries … or two different planets”, she said, noting that the Republican convention in Cleveland last week painted a “negative, dark picture of a country in decline”.

Kaine asked the audience, “Does anybody here believe that Trump ought to release his tax returns just like every other presidential candidate in modern history?”

Biden, a loyal Democratic soldier and a popular figure within the party, said Clinton “has always been there for you”.
