Cop in fatal road rage shooting stripped of badge and gun
This week, videos captured police fatally shooting unarmed black men in Louisiana and Minnesota. In that video, small is shot just seconds after walking up to the window of Officer Wayne Isaac on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. He eventually collapses between two parked cars. As this new surveillance footage clearly shows, that was in fact not the case. “The video is clear as day that shows that everything they told us from the very beginning is a lie”. “I’m exhausted of this, fighting for rights that should be given to us as American people”. All I know is my brother was murdered. Moments later, Small’s girlfriend frantically runs toward the scene.

In the Post video, Small is shown partially obscured by Isaacs’ auto.
“It’s too early to determine what transpired… before, during and then after the incident”, he said.
Isaacs’ vehicle lurches forward a few feet before he slams on the brakes and gets out.
“The video shows the guy coming out of his f**king vehicle, running up to [the off-duty cop’s] auto, going in the driver’s-side window and just punching the sh*t of this poor cop”, the owner said Wednesday. “He’s a victim, trapped in his vehicle”.
The video obtained by the Post corroborates a law enforcement official’s account of the video to The Associated Press earlier this week.
Therefore, officers close to the investigation say that Isaacs will likely face charges of manslaughter, as Small was not armed and it will be hard for the off-duty officer to justify the deadly use of force.
State Assemblyman Charles Barron told ABC this week that he’s helping the Small family in their effort to hold police accountable for their relative’s death.
The NYPD and state Attorney General’s Office are investigating the shooting.
“I felt like I was being shot as I watched it”, she said.
Isaacs has been with the NYPD for three years and was assigned to the 79th Precinct in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, the Daily News added.
Isaacs was sued in 2014 for police brutality when he beat a man in Bedford-Stuyvesant, knocking him to the ground while other officers called him “n–er”.
“My son didn’t have a gun”, she said.

“If the cop’s story is obviously false, why haven’t they arrested him?” he asked. “It didn’t have to go that far”.
