An undated video that shows a drunken policeman in Delhi metro rail has gone viral on social media after a Facebook user posted it on his wall.

With the video showing the seemingly drunk policeman trying to find his way around the coach as fellow passengers watch him struggle, the public has raised questions regarding the safety of the passengers in the Metro. Unable to do so, the cop stumbles and falls on the metro floor at a station halt. The video shows the cop in an inebriated state inside the metro train.
Delhi metro usually prevents the entry of drunk commuters on train.
Delhi Metro officials refused to comment on the video saying the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), is in-charge of the security.

In 2013, the Delhi Police had prosecuted 5,587 people for travelling drunk in the Metro; in 2012, 591 people were charged. Previously a video of a man who allegedly starting urinating inside the Delhi Metro had been extensively shared on social media.
