The incident took place Friday night on George Busbee Parkway in Kennesaw.
Nicholson became belligerent to everyone in the Waffle House and stripped naked in front of shocked diners.
“She came across and hit me in the nose, grabbed me in the chest and made a second attempt to grab me in the arm”, Box said.
She also threw platters around the diner during her rampage, the Atlanta Journal Constitution wrote.
A witness told police Nicholson was walking around preaching to the restaurant’s patrons before authorities arrived at the scene.
The suspect, identified in multiple media accounts as Jennifer Mary Nicholson, 38, faces a host of charges including aggravated battery, criminal damage to property, simple assault, obstruction, simple battery, and public indecency.
Nicholson is also accused of fighting back with police officers.
According to officers, she broke that woman’s nose during the assault.
