Coquelin Expects United To Be Gunning For Arsenal

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has said Sunday’s trip to Manchester United could have a big impact on the club’s hopes of claiming this season’s Premier League title.

“We are in a strong position in the league, that’s for sure, but there is still a long way to go”, said Wenger. Even if they had lost [to Midtjylland] I would say it’s a hard game. Man United are always going to be a great team.

The Gunners now sit in third place in the Premier League standings, level on points with fierce north London rivals Tottenham, after they managed to beat leaders Leicester City in their last game before their FA Cup and Champions League matches. Their injury list is equally awful to their results and the squad they field against Mittdjyland was full of names I’ve never heard.

Speculation over the Dutchman’s future at Old Trafford is unlikely to end any time soon but this week’s wins do at least mean United, fifth in the Premier League and 12 points behind Leicester, still have a chance of ending the season with some silverware.

“It would be a massive win for them to beat us, but we’re going to be ready”.

Arsenal were the only side across the top five European leagues not to buy an outfield player in the summer, with the arrival of Cech the only incoming for the FA Cup holders. We work the whole season for this period and that’s where you are really tested but it’s where you have an opportunity to show your quality as well.

“We continue to see robust growth around our commercial revenues and build our support globally through our marketing and media channels”.

The 18-year-old was called on shortly before kickoff in United’s crucial Europa League last-32 second leg against FC Midtjylland on Thursday because Anthony Martial pulled up with a hamstring injury in the warm-up at Old Trafford. He’ll be more than determined to prove LVG once again that he was wrong to sell him, and he’s the last person to score a winning goal for us at OT.
