Officers responding to a 911 call of a bleeding man found the three bodies around 8 p.m. Sunday at a home in the community of Sumava Resorts, about 60 miles south of Chicago.
The deputy who arrived at the scene found the bodies of two men and a woman.
McCord said an officer responding to a report of a man bleeding found a 20-year-old man dead in the home. “There was considerable blood loss”.
Newton County Coroner Scott McCord said the trio died from trauma and that there is “no suicide associated with this”, according to the AP.
“At no time was anybody other than the victims in danger in the area”, VanVleet said. The search for the killer started immediately. He has been charged with three counts of murder, police said.
A northwestern IN sheriff says an arrest has been made IN connection with the slayings of three people. All he said was it was a bloody scene.

The victims’ names have not yet been released, but McCord said they do not appear to be related.
