Gloria Allred is all set to grill Bill Cosby over the sexual assault cases, after getting a go sign from California Supreme Court.

Allred said she hopes to schedule a deposition for Cosby in the next 30 days.
Huth sued Cosby in California last year for allegedly molesting her in 1974, but the entertainer has since evaded a deposition.
In addition, Los Angeles police are conducting a criminal investigation into a complaint brought against Mr. Cosby, an LAPD spokesman confirmed on Wednesday.
Cosby’s attorneys claimed Huth attempted to sell the same story to a tabloid 10 years ago, and that would mean the statute of limitations would have expired on the case.

But in recent weeks, it has emerged that Cosby, in a deposition in another case, acknowledged giving Quaaludes to women with whom he wanted to have sex.
“That’s what they were there for, and they were usually very excited, they were very thrilled and felt privileged to be able to get a screen test with Mr. Cosby; and they were all bubbly and some of these young ladies were beauty queens from different states”, he explained.
Costand is a former Temple University employee who claims Cosby tricked her into taking drugs before he sexually assaulted her. Cosby was once closely associated with the Philadelphia college.
The court filings accuse Constand of trying to “smear” Cosby.
One of Cosby’s attorneys, Patrick O’Connor, wrote in a court brief that “far from using their “best efforts” to ensure compliance with the confidentiality provisions, plaintiff and her counsel appear to have made no effort whatsoever”.

Much of the memo pertains to the deposition that Cosby underwent in relation to the case, which was obtained by and reported on by the New York Times over the weekend. She wants to “have her cake and eat it too”, he says. It was during her lawsuit that Cosby admitted, during a 2005 deposition, that he gave women drugs before having sex with them.
