Couple left furious after the internet provider company changed their name over the bill

It was reported that the couple were trying to cancel the contract with the internet and cable provider Comcast to save some money – but when they received the final settlement bill, they left stunned as the company sent the bill changing husband’s name to ‘A**hole Brown’.

The couple, Lisa Brown and Ricardo Brown, had called the company to cancel their contract but the company instead started offering them another offer.

But she turned down the offer and when the next bill came, her husband Ricardo’s name had been changed to ‘A**hole Brown’.

The company officials later apologized for their staffs’ behavior and assured them that they will take a proper action after an investigation.
