A couple fails to get buyers for their 113 years old Victorian house because they joked that the house is ‘slightly haunted’ in the advertisement.

Actually, the couple, Gregory and Sandi Leeson, decided to sell their hundred year old Victorian house located in Pennsylvania, United States.
They thought that putting a different type of advertisement may attracts more buyers but unfortunately they fails to attract any serious buyer after they written that the house is ‘slightly haunted’ in advertisement.

In a talk, Mr. Leeson, 35, an IT worker, said “I tried to word it with a little bit of a sense of humor”. He added “I don’t think it has helped with marketing. We’re not really getting very many interested buyers. We’re getting a lot of nonsense people”.
