Joshua Robertson and Brittany Humphrey were last seen with Kimberly Harvill’s three minor children.
Humphrey and Robertson “are still on the run and believed to be eastbound from Albuquerque toward neighboring states”, she said.
Caught: Joshua Robertson (left in 2014) and Brittany Humphrey (right in 2012) were arrested in Colorado Thursday. She was found on August 14 in an isolated location in the Los Angeles area at a rest stop on Gorman Post Road. She had multiple upper-body gunshot wounds and head trauma, which led authorities to conclude she had been killed.
Investigators believe Harvill was killed within 24 hours of being found, though it’s unclear where the killing took place.
Harvill’s three missing children were safely located Wednesday by authorities at a motel in New Mexico.
Humphrey is Harvill’s half-sister, and therefore the children’s aunt.
“We are considering the child as a missing person at risk”. L.A. Capt. Steve Katz stated on Wednesday that the family stayed in different hotels and would rely on panhandling for daily survival.

Harper was in Robertson’s care while her mother was in prison in California, Mendoza said. She was a great mom.
Robertson and Humphrey are believed to be traveling in Harvill’s green 1999 Ford Expedition, which may bear California license plate number 7BEK024, or paper plates. I mean they’ve only been seeing each other for about a month. For now, both Robertson and Humphrey remain behind bars in Colorado with no bail.
Warrants had been issued Wednesday by the Los Angeles County District Attorney for the arrest of Joshua Robertson and Brittany Humphrey for kidnapping Harvill’s children following her death, according to a news release written and issued by LASD Deputy Crystal Hernandez.
