A man was shot and critically injured during an altercation at a tailgate party in a parking lot outside the stadium where the Dallas Cowboys and New England Patriots played on Sunday, police said.

Court records show 36-year-old Lorenzo Clark is scheduled to appear before a judge by video arraignment Tuesday in Tennessee’s Shelby County.

“It just doesn’t get any easier”, Armstrong told reporters outside the hospital Sunday. Tremaine Wilbourn was charged with first-degree murder of Bolton.
