Cousins’ manager tossed for slap at Terry, Kings top Rockets
Although he’s not certainly not a jolly man on the court, off the court, Sacramento Kings star DeMarcus Cousins is pretty good guy.

Midway through the third quarter of Tuesday night’s game between the Kings and the Rockets, Jason Terry was trailing a play that resulted in a dunk from Ben McLemore, and ended up running into the first row of fans sitting courtside along the baseline.
Sacramento forward Omri Casspi scored 19 points and added six assists and six assists as the Kings won their third straight to match their longest win streak of the season.
The game was full of drama. He was ejected from the game for making contact with a player after he slapped Terry’s arm. Still, the Kings prevailed. Rockets interim coach J.B. Bickerstaff said the league has a responsibility to protect players. “They put pressure on your bigger guys who may not be comfortable guarding those guys on the floor like that”. Guard James Harden scored 33 points to pace the Rockets (12-14), who have lost the opening two games of a three-game road trip.
“What can I tell you?” he said.
“I haven’t said nothing to nobody about anything”. “I’ve been positive and trying to help turn this thing around every way possible”. That has never been my focus.
Celtics fans booed James all night and got behind their team when Isaiah Thomas drove for a layup that gave Boston a 50-45 lead with 9 minutes left in the third.
“That’s what I believe and all that other stuff is noise”, Bickerstaff said.

NOTES: Kings G Rajon Rondo issued another apology to referee Bill Kennedy for hurling gay slurs toward him after being ejected from a game against Boston on December 3. They’ve used 13 starting lineups in 25 games…. Sacramento is playing well right now and improved to 8-7 at home overall. Our defense will get there, but we have to make it get there. “I think that the step that also is a part of our progression”.
