Since then, Atari has released a couple of new Roller Coaster Tycoon titles, including a Roller Coaster Tycoon mobile game for iOS, but it’s merely just another freemium game that hounds users to pay money if they want to speed things up, which can quickly take the fun out of it.
To put this in theme park terms, the difference between RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 and RollerCoaster Tycoon 4 Mobile is roughly the difference between reliving the best bits of your childhood, and queuing for hours to get on an overpriced ride – only to have the sugared-up kid next to you vomit in your lap. It comes with 18 of the scenarios from the original game, and can be yours for the one time purchase of $4.99 for iOS 7 or later.
An in-depth management simulation drives the performance of the park, as players thrill guests with rides and entertainment, earning money to dream and build even bigger. The Coaster Cam is in full effect, showing you every heart-pounding second of the rides you build and maintain. There are challenging objectives, changing weather patterns, and attractive vistas, sunsets, moonlight, and more.
Another difference between the two titles is, of course, the price.
Those who are fans of the series, why haven’t you bought this already?

Not to mention that the game itself is pretty darn great.
