Creepy clown sightings sweeping United States hit Victoria
With the weird clown trend creeping people out across the nation and here in CT, state police are issuing a warning about the consequences of actions perceived to be threatening.

The nature of the threats was not revealed, and officials have not disclosed how many phone calls and social media posts they’ve received about such threats.
