Real Madrid’s Zinedine Zidane is sweating on Cristiano Ronaldo’s fitness after the striker felt something in his leg during victory over Villarreal.

Ronaldo has scored 47 goals this season for Real Madrid, and the club is finally beginning to see sense.
“I don’t see any problems with James – he is an important player”, Zidane said at his media conference ahead of Saturday’s match against Rayo Vallecano.
“A player like Cristiano, sometimes he should rest, not finish a game, or sit it out”.
“We reacted well to falling 2-0 down and showed a good reaction to the first half after the break”.
Real is only a point behind league leaders Barcelona and Atletico Madrid in the current league table as the race for the 2015-2016 La Liga title will come down to the last matchday.
Many feel the injury is as a result of the high amount of games Ronaldo has played in recent seasons, but Zidane says their star would not have it any other way.
Pep Guardiola will be given a huge transfer kitty too – large enough to lure Ronaldo to the Etihad – but it’s unclear whether he’d want to play for United’s arch rivals.
Although Ronaldo is listed as doubtful, Zidane may be able to use Gareth Bale, who missed the game against Villarreal because of a muscle ailment.
Zidane said he hoped Ronaldo would be back for Tuesday’s trip to England to face City in the first leg of the semifinals.

The former Real Madrid and Juventus midfielder has been praised for the results and performances so far. And as time slips was scared like that, now that I’m more than a relax. Roberto Soldado is not on the team bus to Real Madrid, so Baptistao will likely start but he is not exactly a danger-man, meaning the goal-scoring burden will fall exclusively on Cedric Bakambu’s shoulders. Of course he wants to play more and I agree with that. We need to be talking to the players contasntly, considering that sometimes a player needs a rest. We can’t rely on anyone else and we’ll try to win all our remaining games.
