Cruz ‘absolutely’ supports ending birthright citizenship
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker said at the Iowa State Fair Monday that he similarly supported the change, and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has said the policy should be “re-examined”.

In part because it began as nearly an undercover event that blew up into a major shindig, the Trump Mobile rally will likely be raucous and news-making. He said the campaigns had a date set, but Cruz couldn’t go because the Senate had votes scheduled. His campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment about the Cruz Team’s claim.
What particularly worries about Mr. Trump’s continued front-runner status is that the Republican rank and file overwhelmingly think him best-equipped among the party’s presidential hopefuls to handle, variously, the economy, ISIS, social issues (such as abortion and same-sex marriage) and illegal immigration. But Donald Trump, another very rich Yankee, is getting the jubilant reception of a long-lost cousin as up to 35,000 people are expected to pack a Mobile, Ala., college football stadium Friday evening to hear the hotelier and Republican frontrunner “tell it like it is”.
Cruz and Trump, though political rivals, have been chummy and occasionally downright laudatory toward one another in the past few months.
“I like Ted Cruz”.
Santorum, who remains near the bottom of the 17-candidate GOP presidential field in public polls, says he would take a number of steps to reduce both legal and illegal immigration. For one, Trump supports some facets of gun control, including more checks on assault-style weapons.
O’Reilly asked Trump if he planned to amend the constitution to carry out his plan to deny birthright citizenship to those born to unauthorized immigrants. At the time, Cruz defended Trump, calling the businessman “bold” and “brash”.
“When you think about the fact that half of unauthorized immigrants have lived in the U.S. for more than 10 years and they’re deeply integrated into their communities, tracking down all of those people actually, it’s gonna be a high price tag”, Rosenblum said via Skype. “But it’s very hard to say what is the same job”, he said. “They really enjoy each other’s company”, Tyler said.

In his proposal, Trump notes that a true nation must have its borders and its laws enforced. “Any more than you would say, ‘We can’t send mothers and fathers to prison because it would separate them from their children.’ Then no moms and dads would be in jail”.
