Cruz Turns On Trump: He Won’t Be The GOP Nominee
This isn’t the first time Trump has spoken out against Bergdahl. His campaign is set to announce that Cruz has raised 12.2 million dollars over the last three months, further empowering his campaign.

The GOP has a crowded field of 15 candidates. Ted Cruz (R-TX) speaks at the Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition 15th Annual Family Banquet and Presidential Forum held at the Iowa State fairgrounds on September 19, 2015 in Des Moines, Iowa. He’s been trying to get the word out that he loves Latinos and “Latinos love Trump”, after widespread criticism of his stance on immigration.
WABC’s Rita Cosby asked Cruz if Trump’s popularity among Republican voters is waning.
‘It’s framed the central question of this primary as: Who will stand up to Washington?
Naturally, Cruz said the next question will be, “Who actually has stood up to Washington? Who has a record in that regard?”
After midnight Friday morning, Trump senior adviser Dan Scavino Tweeted out a preliminary reaction to Cruz’s comments. “He’s our man. Everything he said is absolutely right”. Cruz, who has made a reputation in Washington for battling his own party, has been the sole Republican not to do that.
Though numerous Republican presidential candidates have barbed with Trump, Cruz has refused and even cozied up to the real-estate mogul.
Trump acknowledged that seeking the White House has created added pressures and demands unlike in the business world. A lot of people seem to believe that Trump will stick around long-term, but others don’t think he is a serious candidate. ‘They were no where to be found when the fight was being waged’. Witcher could be his latest hire, critics said.

Trump spoke for more than an hour and rattled off a few of his policy stances – but spent most of his time complaining about media coverage of his candidacy, bragging about his poll numbers and wealth, slamming his Republican rivals one by one and acting like a, well, celebrity. And he led with the hard-hitting issue of being on the cover of People Magazine.
