The Cubs are 6-6 against St. Louis this season.

The team’s usual No. 3 hitter, OF Matt Holliday, went on the DL Saturday with a broken thumb.
Prior to arriving in the “Windy City”, Lackey notably spent the 2015 campaign in St. Louis while also suiting up for the Los Angeles Angels and Boston Red Sox along the way.
