D.A. wanted Bobbi Kristina Brown’s autopsy sealed, fearing flight risk, harm

The allegations have been made in a brand new filing in a $10million lawsuit against Nick, the previous beau of Whitney Houston’s late daughter.

Brown died on July 26 at the Peachtree Christian Hospice, Duluth, after she was found unconscious in the bathtub at her Atlanta home on January 31. According to the documents, Brown “died following a particularly violent altercation with (Gordon) that left her battered and bruised, with a tooth knocked out…”

The documents are part of a $40 million wrongful death suit against Gordon.

The lawsuit also accused Nick Gordon “beating Bobbi Kristina and withdrawing funds from her accounts”.

“Defendant Nicholas Gordon has no problem giving an interview to Dr. Phil but asks this court to relieve him of his legal responsibility to participate in discovery in this case”, the response filed in the court, which was obtained by RadarOnline, reads.

“The recent lawsuit against Nick is slanderous and meritless”, his attorney Jose Baez told USA Today at the time.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office determined the cause of Bobbi’s death, but results have not yet been made public due to a court order. The magazine claims that Gordon will be charged with criminal charges “very soon” and the judge is consulting with legal experts to see if murder charges would stick.

She was put in a medically-induced coma before she passed away six months later.

Gordon’s team also argues that because of Bobbi Kristina’s parents’ fame, “Mr. Gordon will be unfairly, legally, and financially prejudiced should he be subject to parallel criminal and civil proceedings”.

Gordon has denied all allegations.

The new documents surfaced shortly after the Fulton County District Attorney filed a motion to seal Brown’s autopsy, allegedly due to fears of a potential flight risk for defendants and possible harm to witnesses.
