Daily fantasy sports showdown spotlights NY attorney general
New York’s attorney general recently made a decision to outlaw the sites. One exemption includes the Georgia lottery, whose attorney issued a September 23 letter to FanDuel and DraftKings telling companies that they appear to violate state law.
