Daisy Ridley: Workout sessions are like therapy

Because although little is known about the highly-anticipated Star Wars: The Force Awakens, we do know that Daisy stars as Rey in the upcoming film.

“[The diet] is lots of fish, legumes and spirulina shakes”, Ridley revealed to Elle Magazine in the December issue. The first installment of a new trilogy, the movie is expected to launch Ridley and fellow breakout star John Boyega into a new stratosphere of fame.

Workouts were five hours a day, five days a week and she lived on diet food.

Ridley is multi-talented. Not only does she act, but she also sings jazz, dances, and has modeled in various campaigns, including ads for ASOS. The movie looks like a big budget capitalizing move on Generation X’s nostalgia, now that they have a surplus of disposable income to blow on all this merch. But like I said… ‘I told my mum and my sisters- then my sister told her boyfriend, and my mum told her friend.

J: “Feels great… be careful of the crowd you pick and wary about the friends you have”. I’m disturbed that people have already begun seeking out more skeevy stuff about her (her topless shots from the British show “Silent Witness” are already making quick rounds) and can’t be satisfied with the wonderful photoshoots that have surfaced as a part of the mega-promotion for the film. She explained, “There was this bit where I was lying in the sand, and if a scorpion got me, the nearest hospital was an hour away. I could be dead in half an hour”.

‘[Rey is] so strong. “She’s cool and smart and she can look after herself”, she continued to say.
