But Prescott was ready, completing 10 of 12 passes for 139 yards and two touchdowns.

RB Benny Cunningham scored the first LA Rams TD in over 2 decades in the first quarter with a 14-yard TD rush. He was only on the field for 10 plays but made the a lot of them by hauling in a 10-yard touchdown pass from Dak Prescott.

When the team took the field, LA fans were able to give off a roar for the Rams the region hasn’t heard since 1994, and that the Coliseum hasn’t heard since 1980 when the team moved to Anaheim.

Dak Prescott had one good game.

But Goff is challenging to become the starter by the time the Rams open the season September 12 against the San Francisco 49ers on “Monday Night Football”. Goff’s first drive featured an incomplete pass and an interception in two pass attempts.

Rookie Tight End Tyler Higbee – Former fourth round pick from Western Michigan had an impressive outing against the Cowboys in the first half.

Cowboys: Jamiel Showers had his moments in the second half, including a 47-yard completion to Vince Mayle after narrowly escaping a sack, but Prescott’s performance looks to have justified the decision by owner Jerry Jones not to add a veteran quarterback after Moore got hurt.

“Prescott”™s start was delayed by receiver Lucky Whitehead”™s electrifying 101-yard kickoff return for a touchdown to open the game. Green, who did not play as a rookie last season because of hip surgery, started at left tackle with Smith sitting.

From the morning when the first tailgaters arrived to the evening and a game-winning drive, the Rams gave Los Angeles fans that old National Football League feeling back. “I needed to be on the field”, said Bryant.

But the Cowboys defense quickly got the ball back to Prescott by intercepting No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff.

On September 21, 2014 the 1-1 Dallas Cowboys traveled to St. Louis to face the 1-1 Rams.
