The child’s 7-year-old brother told investigators the 4-year-old did not want to drink it, but Eh allegedly slapped the child and when he started crying she put the spoon in his mouth.

Paw Eh, 31, was arrested in Northeast Dallas Saturday after she tried but failed to make her other two children, ages 7 and 12, ingest the poison.
The four year old is stable condition at the hospital Monday morning.
Police say Eh also tried to poison the girl and a 7-year-old son, but was unsuccessful.
A Dallas mother is accused of forcing her 4-year-old son to ingest ant poison after telling her three children she planned to kill them and herself.
According to neighbours, Eh had medical problems, couldn’t sleep at night and often thought about suicide.
Neighbor Sharl Nie told CBS DFW she believed Eh struggled with mental health issues and that she would sometimes accompany Eh to a doctor to translate from Eh’s native Burmese to English.
A spokesperson for Child Protective Services says a preliminary records check showed no history with Eh’s family and CPS.
She was being held at the Dallas County Jail on $150,000 bond.
