Zap2it got a chance to speak with The CW show’s executive producer, Caroline Dries, and pick her brain about Thursday’s (Nov. 5) episode, “Live Through This”, and what’s to come in Mystic Falls in the near future. Instead, she’s boarding that insane train with him. Damon barges in and breaks up the happiness. Mary Louise and Nora realize that there is something wrong with Oscar. Enzo volunteers to keep an eye on him while Lily and the girls go out to meet Julian. He asks her why she killed Oscar and framed him for the murder. “And I think that’s really cool and that’s really special”, she added. Still though, it’s pretty clear that Care isn’t completely okay with Stefan spending the day with his first love, and she has good reason to be anxious, because let’s be honest: when does stuff like this ever go well on The Vampire Diaries? Even though the Valerie and Stefan story is fairly forced in its construction, it manages to at least deepen here because of this scene, and particularly because of Stefan’s reaction to the story. While the two of them tried to just be friends in the season premiere, they quickly gave into their feelings for another; however, one thing (or person, I should say) has gotten in the way: Valerie. Caroline is still studying for exams and she’s on the phone with Stefan.

He tells Valerie that he is angry and sad, and he wants to kill Julian. There’s a huge reveal for Bonnie and Damon in that way. It’s about damn time, Damon. They show up at a casket emporium and hey have to check all of them until they find him. It doesn’t make any sense, but as long as things more or less slot into place by the time Julian comes back into play, we’ll probably be fine.

However, the conversation that they will have with her will bring about painful memories from their childhood. According to IBTimes, he will find trouble with Bonnie (Kat Graham). Which means that whoever’s hanging out in Jo and Oscar’s bodies are definitely not Jo and Oscar. Mainly, because we hate Enzo and love Bonnie. Oscar attacks Enzo, but Enzo stakes the Heretic. Bonnie put another vampire’s soul in his body. Once Oscar learns to use his powers, Bonnie and Enzo have to run.

Alaric tells her that she isn’t his wife. We are so ready for a compelling love story, and for Enzo to stop being the worst.

Jo tries to remember her past and recalls being stabbed in the heart. She panics, turns a gun on Alaric and leaves the house. “I made a mistake”, she admits. Damon attacks Lily but Beau fights him off. Stefan is trying to calm his brother down after they were all attacked. She said the first truth wasn’t the real one. The Heretics have just caught up with her. Lily claims that Valerie has only told lies about Julian. He already has pushed her away by not being there as promised, and we know where this relationship is going in the flash-forward.

Bonnie is sitting at the bar drinking Bourbon and she calls Alaric. Who her fiancé is still unknown. It took them three weeks. He eventually finds Jo in town, staring at herself in a window. She says that she’s been thinking about the past. Stefan promises to make it up to her, and Caroline asks if there is anything she should know about. Who doesn’t want to see hot people hooking up with each other?
