“Dance Moms” star and ALDC coach Abby Lee Miller is now facing another huge issue.

According to a federal indictment, Miller hid around $750k of income from creditors after filing for bankruptcy in 2010. Since declaring bankruptcy in 2010, Miller has supposedly not disclosed over $750,000 worth of income and assets, which would have helped her chip away at her $400,000 debt.
The income covered a period between 2012 and 2013.
“Abby was searching for new talent and Kelly was getting pissed off that her kids were being overlooked”, a source said. A Pittsburgh grand jury charged on Tuesday the reality star with 20 counts of fraud. Her bankruptcy was discharged in December 2013, record show.
Immediately, numerous fans thought that the show would end up being cancelled and Miller even said that “the producer threw me out” in the middle of taping season five.
If Miller is convicted, she could serve up to five years in prison and receive a fine of $250,000 for each count of the indictment. She also apparently instructed others to hide the information from the bankruptcy court and Trustee.
That led to the discovery that large sums of money were not being deposited in the special account.
A statement issued by the United States Attorney’s Office alleges that Miller made “numerous false declarations in monthly operating reports” and did not report “certain income or underreported certain other business income”. She was sued in 2014 for $5 million by former cast member Kelly Hyland and her family over the bullying manner in which Miller taught Paige Hyland on Dance Moms.

Miller has emerged the victor in recent court appearances, yet it’s unclear if the reality star’s luck will continue considering the severity of these latest charges. Supporters say her teaching methods while harsh are acceptable and the dance numbers are typical for young kids. Its not clear how any of this will affect This isnt the first time that Abby Lee Miller has come under fire in the court system.
